Contacting Support — What to Include

How to write a support email that gets resolved quickly.

For the fastest resolution, include the following when emailing us:

Please include:

1. What happened — describe the issue in a few sentences

2. What you expected — what should have happened

3. Steps to reproduce — what were you doing when it occurred

4. Device info — iPhone model and iOS version (Settings > General > About)

5. Screenshots — if applicable, attach screenshots showing the issue

Example:

> "I exported a progress report for a student, but the PDF was blank. I expected to see the student's session data. I'm using iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 18.4. Screenshot attached."
